Here are the rules:

• Clean your soles (if sending a used pair) before shipping.
• Dark colored soles cannot go lighter (red cannot get dyed to yellow).
• Clear soles can get dyed to just about any color.
• Select the color in the drop downs that is the closest match.
• Select “translucent” or “solid” to dictate how deep you want your  soles dyed.
• Select whether you want matching accents or not.
• For contrast accents select “contrast” and leave your phone # at checkout
• If choosing a specialty color, be sure to enter your phone # at checkout
• Chef will send you a shipping label to print and attach AFTER you pay.
• Allow 2 to 3 weeks for a return tracking number / shipment.
• Shipping fee covers 2 way shipping: to Chef and back to you.
• You will receive a pre-paid label in your email to print affix for shipping.
• International customer must pay for their own shipping to Chef.
