There have been many shirts that “hook up” to foamposites, and many of them are pretty hot. They have cool sayings on them, and they are silk screened with matte, muted versions of the actual foamposite color, which is cool if you just want something to look like it matches. This however, is NOT a cool t-shirt to “hook up” to a foamposite… it is THE FOAM LEGACY T-shirt by Chef of GourmetKickz. The last time I designed a t-shirt it was for the Nike Air Yeezys, and it was ranked as the BEST shirt to match yeezys on the web. Why? Because I believe it making things are iconic and simple.

This Foam Legacy T-shirt pulls inspiration from two of my favorite movies “TRON” and “TRON LEGACY”. The inspiration is depicted on the font and the outline of the foamposite to mimic the light suits and light cycles in the movies. The shirt is made in only 3 colors, the very same 3 colors that characters in the movies wear: Electric Blue ( Flynn), Metallic Red (Tron), ElectroLime (Clu).

The shirt uses metallic ink highlights, to create a more accurate color match. The images shown are mock-ups, but are quite accurate. The fit of the shirt is a traditional streetwear fit.
