Inspired by past Gucci themed sneakers done by Nike Chef has decided to continue his own Gucci Foamposite theme by launching this Denim VT Foamposite One which is based of the “Cough Drop” Foamposite. After years of applying a solid piece of fabric to sneakers, which then fits snugly to the form of the shoe, Nike has done something very similar using its “Vacuum Technology” so if nothing else, Nike has at least helped Chef find a name for his own version of this application, hence the “VT” classification of this sneaker. The denim used for this series is high quality selvedge dark denim. It is applied with painstaking precision over the base foamposite one.
