There have been some questions about checking out and some errors generated when the site’s shopping cart tries to validate credentials with Paypal or your credit card provider. To eliminate future errors and answer questions about checkout, here is a quick step by step to guide you through a smooth and speedy checkout.

1. Choose your items by selecting your size and options and adding them to your cart.

2. Once you have loaded your cart and are ready to pay, click “Go To Checkout”

3. If you will be shipping your items to an address other than your billing address then the next steps are crucial. If your shipping address is identical to your billing address then once you fill out your billing details (with no errors or omissions) then you can check the box that says “Shipping Address same as Billing Address?”

4. At the top of the checkout page under the heading “Calculate Shipping Price” select the state we will be shipping your items to. This selection will autopopulate the shipping state in the shipping address section.

5. Skip down to the shipping address fields and complete them thoroughly and accurately. These shipping details will be processed for shipment, the billing details will be passed along to the payment gateway for payment processing.

6. Once all details have been completed, select the box that says “I Agree To The Terms and Conditions” Click “Make Purchase” and wait for the PayPal gateway page to load.

7. When this page loads you can either login with your paypal email address or pay with a credit card, make the selection and proceed. If you login with your paypal address, then things are standard from here.  Select the address you want to ship to from your paypal account, or leave as is and we will use the shipping address provided at checkout if it differs from the billing address.

Using a Credit Card or Debit Card

8. If you are using a credit or debit card you will notice that your billing address is already filled out. This address must be identical to the billing address your credit card provider has on file. If it is not, your card will be declined. To edit the billing address you must go back to the shopping cart. If the billing address is accurate then proceed to fill out the card number, expiration date, CSC number (3 digits on the back of your card) and leave a phone number and email address (mandatory). Click “Review and Continue”.

9. At this point of making a credit card payment, PayPal will verify your card is valid, this takes about 10 seconds. Once the screen refreshes, you will see that PayPal is calling your Billing Address the Shipping Address, if you already provided an alternate shipping address at checkout, then ignore this, as your shipping details from the checkout page will be used, not the billing address.

10. Click “Pay Now” and do not refresh or click off the page, this may take up to 1 minute. You will receive an order number and an email receipt. Tracking info will be emailed to you.
